NOTIFICATION

No.MADC. 95/GAD/2009/: In the interest of public service and consequent upon the decision of the Executive Committee of the Mara Autonomous District Council Conveyed on 15th July,2014.

The Executive Committee of the Mara Autonomous District Council is pleased to constitute “Departmental Screening Committee” to consider the case for grant of financial upgradation under MACPS, 2010 for various categories of posts mentioned under MADC with immediate effect and until further order.

1. Executive Secretary : Chairman
2. Sr. Account Officer : Member Secretary
3. Education Department Represent : Member
4. LAD Department Represent : Member
5. Environment & Forest Department Represent : Member
6. Agriculture & Horticulture, Department Represent : Member.

Besides, the Departmental Screening Committee may look into the matter on various
categories of posts, Fixation of pay and financial upgradation etc. Whichever have done earlier to consider its appropriation as per applicable rules to the Mizoram(Revision of Pay)Rules,2010 as the Committee may deem fit.
