Subject: Order to pay fine of Rs.2,500/ Rs.2000/-

Sir/Madam,

You are hereby informed to pay a compound fine of Rs. 2,000/- (for sublet Traders who responded to Show Cause Notice given by the undersigned) or Rs. 2,500/- (for those who did not respond to the Show Cause Notice in time) on account of violating Sl.No.10 of the terms and conditions incorporated in your Trade License.

You are further warned that if you continue sub-letting your license or employ any other person without proper permission more serious penalty upto cancellation of your License will be imposed upon you as provided under section 8 (b) of the MADC (Trading) Regulation, 2012.
