OFFICE ORDER

In exercise of the power conferred by sub clause (1) of Clause 6 in Chapter II of the Mara Autonomous District Council (Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Taxation.) Regulation, 1973 as amended from time to time, the Executive Committee of the Mara Autonomous District Council is pleased to appoint Puhpa Beimosa Azyu, Sr.R.O as Taxing & Assessing Authority to assess and collect various taxes on professions, trades, callings and employments within the Mara Autonomous District in accordance with the provisions of the said Regulations.

This order superceeds previous orders, if any and will be effective with retrospective effect from 1st April,2014 and until further order.
